Dance · Connect · Express yourself

Movement that frees you, a community that holds you

I'm Flavia Daniela González, Argentine by birth and Mexican at heart. A Sagittarius, an adventurer and a dancer since I was 9 — today Puerto Escondido is home.

I studied social work and found that dance is my way of supporting people. To me, movement is medicine: a doorway to heal, express yourself and reconnect with who you really are.

“More than a school, we are a community that dances to feel alive.”

Timeline: companies, Spain, Puerto Latino, PM, Oaxaca festival.

How we teach

Dance

We believe dance shouldn't be exclusive or intimidating. We teach through play and joy, without rigid technique or comparisons: every body and every level is welcome here.

Connect

More than a school, we are a community that dances to feel alive. Locals and travelers meet on the floor, support each other and keep coming back.

Express yourself

We believe movement is medicine: a way to heal, express yourself and reconnect with who you really are. Flavia brings her social-work training into dance so every class is a safe space.
