1. Using the platform
These terms cover student, teacher and administrator accounts, enrolment, subscriptions, attendance, payments and communications. Registration details must be accurate. Accounts may have multiple roles.
2. Plans and attendance
Individual, couple and group plans are priced in MXN and expire when their classes are used or their end date is reached. Missed classes are not refunded or extended. Partial payments are recorded; there are no online payments. Your attendance QR contains your numeric ID and must not be shared.
3. Photos, email and teachers
Profile photos are licensed for identification, not advertising without consent. Promotional emails are optional; service emails are essential. Teacher contracts specify fees, duration and payments, with bank details held as reference.
4. Cancellation and changes
Breaches, misconduct or non-payment may lead to suspension or cancellation. Deletion takes up to 15 business days. Changes to the terms are announced at least 10 days ahead. Mexican law and the courts of Puerto Escondido apply. Contact us below with questions.
