1. Your data
Academia Flavia Danza, Boulevard Benito Juárez, 2nd floor, Puerto Escondido, handles personal data under Mexico’s LFPDPPP. Account data includes identity, birth date, nationality, contact details, profile photo, encrypted password and class, subscription, payment and attendance history. Bank details are collected only from teachers.
2. How it is used
Data supports accounts, bookings, QR attendance, service emails, optional promotions, teacher contracts and support. It is not used for commercial profiling or shared for advertising. Transfers are limited to infrastructure providers and authorities. Photos are held in private object storage and served through an internal API.
3. Your choices and rights
Promotional emails can be disabled; essential service emails cannot. Request access, correction, cancellation or objection by email; responses take up to 20 business days. Deletion or anonymisation takes up to 15 business days, with accounting records retained as legally required. Children need parent or guardian consent.
4. Storage and security
